INSURANCE
We accept all PPO insurance plans. Dr. Cornelius is a non-contracted dentist, meaning that he is not in network with any insurance plan. However, with a PPO plan, you are allowed to choose which dentist you would like to receive care at. We accept Assignment of Benefits, meaning that your insurance can pay us directly for your benefits used, we will submit all claims directly to your insurance company and we will fight any denials that are received on your behalf. We can also send pre determinations for treatment to know exactly what your out of pocket will be. We have some amazing insurance rockstars on our team that will work closely with you to make using your insurance in our practice as effortless and beneficial for you as possible.
